How to use this template

This template was originally a way for me to outsource the mental workload I experienced to an external system. The last few months were quite stressful and I noticed that I just couldn’t keep up with everything (from work to college and even personal tasks). Inspired by Tiago Fortes ‘Building a Second Brain’ I came up with the idea of this extended brain which should also help you to keep track of and organize your life.

Use the buttons on each dashboard to move across dashboards.

Many of the databases come with prebuild templates and I would highly suggest that you use those as they are build to support your thought process. They provide questions, headlines, databases and automations that you can use as aid.

I would like you to view this template as a framework rather than a finished software because:

1. It is your Extended Brain and should fit your needs down to a T.
2. This template will forever be work-in-progress because your feedback allows me to improve it and there will never be a perfect version of this Extended Brain.
